About our teaching format
We provide a systematic, step by step approach, from the initial interview process to complete intervention. We train our practitioners in multiple sets of powerful tools to create permanent and lasting change with their clients utilizing the process being taught. With each demonstration, students receive step-by-step handouts. These live demonstrations show the student how to become more than a mere technician they provide the necessary model to master the techniques. We allow each student the necessary practicum time with each process providing the required feedback for optimal learning.
The benefit of how our program is structured is that not only does the student learn how to facilitate these powerful processes; they also are able to make deep shifts in their personal issues by going through the class curriculum and applying these powerful technologies to their own lives. Time has proven that the best NLP Practitioners and Coaches are those who have had personal interaction with the process.
Graduates of our certification courses may apply for acceptance into our mentoring program. Working with clients and receiving feedback on case studies allows our students a unique opportunity to receive mentoring from two seasoned professionals in the field of Hypnosis, Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Graduates receive "hands on" experience in a mentored setting with valuable feedback and new strategies to move the client from stuck to expansive. Graduates can attend quarterly intensives as well as lectures and engage in round table discussions and demonstrations. Personal income is a probable outcome of the mentorship process. The main emphasis of this program is education and research. Subject to availability and approval by the principle trainers, graduates are accepted into the mentorship programs upon successful completion of their course work and review of their command of the techniques.
NLP Practitioner Certification (90 hours)
NLP is a model and set of techniques that allows you to understand how results are achieved. It is the study of human excellence. You will discover how people think, communicate, feel and act. This training will give you step-by-step methods for making NLP skills an automatic part of your behavior. You will master the actual tools of NLP, not just the information. The benefits of learning NLP are cross-contextual across every facet of life. It provides you with the owner's manual for the human mind.

Master NLP Practitioner Certification (90 hours)
The Master Practitioner certification is an advanced level course in NLP. At this training, students go deeper into the foundation of values, language, and advanced behavioral change techniques, which create profound transformation at the core of the participant's life and allows the participant the practicum time to master these techniques to facilitate with others.

A recent survey conducted by the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association found that, out of 57 San Diego-based companies contacted, more than half employed coaches. Our purpose in providing this training is to provide leadership in creating an extraordinary new generation of professional and personal coaches.
Professional Coaches Training (90 hours)
Our unique Professional Coaches Training curriculum offers a blend of current coaching models, advanced Neuro-Linguistics (NLP) and a variety of other therapeutic modalities all integrated into a new advanced coaching process. For all that coaching is and can be, in the final analysis, it is all about a relationship or interaction between two people that results in change for one or both people. Virginia Satir, in her Foreword for Bandler and Grinder's The Structure of Magic, comments, "They [Bandler and Grinder co-creators of NLP] seem to have come up with a description of the predictable elements that make change happen in a transaction between two people." NLP is a description of a way of interacting in a relationship in a predictable way to catalyze change. Few other disciplines would claim this distinction.

Time Based Therapy (16 hours)
Time Based Therapy is a revolutionary approach to understanding and directionalizing human experience and behavior. This science is on the leading-edge of technology for human change. We finally understand the relationship between body, emotions, and actions. Thanks to this new technology we can create what we want in virtually every realm of our lives. By controlling how we process our thoughts and emotions and disconnecting the power of past negative experiences, it is possible to easily achieve our goals and accelerate personal and professional growth and success. Time Based Therapy is a powerful system for working with the subconscious mind's sequential organization of past and future events. It provides the Practitioner an eloquent tool for regression and progression work. Whether the practitioner is assisting their client in clearing the root cause of a negative emotion or in creating a bright and compelling future, Time Based Therapy is a masterful system for empowering yourself and others. Our Certification Program is the only one of its kind in the San Diego area. Once completed, the Practitioner will be certified by the International Time Line Therapy Association.

In order to ensure that each student is experienced and highly skilled at the end of the training, practicum hours will be offered after certification.
Important Curriculum Information
Class size is limited to ensure that each student receives ample time with their instructor. To reserve your place, complete an enrolment application and questionnaire and return with non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tuition of the training.
Life Design International will accept personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover Card. You may pay for each module at the time of registration or you may take advantage of our reduced tuition for prepaid enrolments.
Life Design International does not participate in any financial aid programs. However payment plans are available for our certification programs with a $500.00 deposit and three monthly instalments until the balance is paid in full. This service is provided without cost to the student.
Life Design International requires that all students honor their payment schedule to maintain active status in the certification programs. All financial obligations must be satisfied before any certification will be awarded.
