Today Was No Exception
How We Think
During a certification training there is always allot of personal breakthroughs that begin to occur within the group as I teach the large variety of processes of HNLP. Today was no exception. In the lecture portion of the training I began to share about the importance of how core events in our lives create pivotal turning points in our perception and our beliefs. Many of these life changing moments which occur to us at a young age are carried into our adult years and create emotional distortions of our current reality.
When we carry unresolved wounds left unaddressed and buried they never die.
Because HNLP is the humanistic evolution of NLP we have develop several processes that can decode the nervous system in a matter of five minutes from negatively charged memories so the memories become nneutral forever, changing personal history.
This is the heart of personal self leadership is to have the self awareness to know how our nervous systems encodes our experiences in pictures sounds and feeling and locks that stimulus into our nervous system for a lifetime until we choose to educate ourselves on HOW to operate the power of our minds.
