You can do mind maps for just about anything!

How We Think

How We Think

You can do mind maps for just about anything.  I did a mind map here of what we were going today.  So I do this to program my subconscious so that, once I get it down in mind map form I have very little requirement to use my conscious effort to remember it.  It imprints the subconscious mind because there is movement, there is color, there is detail.  If you look at this, does it look like a cell with neuropathways around it?  It almost looks as if you’ve created a thought form out on paper with neuronetworks around it.  Is that true?  Somehow, I believe mind mapping is about creating a visual representation of what is actually occurring physiologically in the brain through the focus of your mind.  What you’re doing is you’re sending a very visual signal, which is how we take in a great deal of the information to the brain saying Go here.

You can simply mind map on one particular topic.  I am showing you one way to mind map.  Dreams into reality then your accomplishments for the following day so that you can learn right up front from the get-go how to keep a daily mind mapping journal.  What I do is I do them daily as often as my energy holds out for.  Oftentimes I will write, like I had you write – get into outcome – my whole outcome is to get you into the emotional state to impress the subconscious with your outcome.  If you can get there through writing a paragraph before going to bed… How many of you know that there are different times when you go to sleep and you’ve got the energy to do stuff right before you go to sleep and other times you’re pretty toast for the day.  Rather than saying, ‘Oh, I’m just not doing the mind mapping at all’ I’m giving you a little exercise where you write a paragraph of how your day is going to be tomorrow.  Get into emotional outcome and then go to sleep.  When you have time, which I strongly recommend that you do, you take the time.  Do your mind map right before you go to bed.  Or do your mind map sometime during the day and then I’ll show you how to do the arrows, which is the vehicle to the emotions right before you go to sleep at night.

Can you do this on a computer or is it better is you do this actually feeling the letters being written?  Yes, feeling the letters being written, using abundant color, using the flowing lines, using three words printed per line.

On those days where I go to bed and I’m extremely beat from the day, just writing out a paragraph.  Yes, that’s what I would do.  I would recommend that.  The whole point is to awaken the emotional self to be in the state of outcome.

The other night I was very, very tired.  I made another choice other than a mind map.  So what I did is I went to sleep imagining your faces coming up to me at the end of the training saying, ‘That was the best experience I have ever had.  My life is completely shifted.  I got it!’  I was imagining you coming up and saying that to me.  That was how I went to sleep in the emotional state of feeling the fulfillment of having that happen.  Are you with me?

So there are different levels of being burnt out.  So when you get to the side where you’re fried and you’re burnt on both sides at least imagine with your mind the outcome of your day and then go to sleep.  Remember: do not pass up the opportunity to impregnate your feminine self with the seed of your outcome for the following day.  Why pass up a good time?

I did this one three years ago

The Way We Think & The Way We Speak

The Way We Think & The Way We Speak

I did this one paragraph for myself about three years ago and I still remember this paragraph.  It had such an emotional impact on me because when I wrote it, I wrote it with such specificity.  I was choosing to go into the emotional state of when I would be an old man.  I was walking on my mountain – I own a mountain – and I was walking barefoot through my forest. And it went something like this: I’m walking down my favorite path and I feel the wind blowing through my hair (my hair was really long) as my hair tapped against my back and I stroked my beard as I walked and I felt the mud, cool and wet, squishing through my toes through the autumn leaves that have just fallen.  And off to the right of my should I saw and then I heard a red cardinal singing on a leafless branch.  And in that moment I felt the stillness of my soul.  And I was in the perfection of having the moment where there was no past, there was no future, there was just the perfection of that moment.  And that’s truly how I’m choosing to be as an old man.  As I think about that moment it associates me into that emotion of being completely here.

Now you have an outcome that you’ve been moving toward and you are feeling now the outcome that you’ve been working with for most of the weekend.  I am inviting you to write a paragraph or two about a morning or an afternoon or an evening that you experience as your outcome.  What will you see?  What do you hear?  What are you now feeling?  What are you smelling?  What are you tasting, having already realized your outcome?  Take a moment.  Write one, two or three paragraphs in explicit detail, sensorialy rich, explaining a moment already having achieved your outcome.  Please do that now.

Okay, this is page 98 for those of you who are into Neville.  Feeling a state produces the state.  Oh, I could just stop right there.  Feeling a state produces that state.  The part you play on the world stage is determined by your conception of yourself.  By feeling your wish fulfilled and quietly relaxing into sleep, you cast yourself in a star role to be played on earth tomorrow.  And while asleep you are rehearsed and you are instructed in your part.  The acceptance of the end automatically wills the means of realization.  Make no mistake about this.  If as you prepare for sleep you do not consciously feel yourself into the state of your answered wish, then you take with you into the chamber of her who conceived you, the sum total of your reactions and feelings of your waking day.  And while asleep you will be instructed in the manner in which they will be expressed tomorrow.  You will rise believing that you are a free agent with free will, not realizing that every action and event of the day is predetermined by your concept of your self as you fell asleep.  Your only freedom then is your freedom of reaction.  You are free to choose how you will feel and react to your day’s drama but the drama, the action, events and circumstances of the day, have already been determined.  Unless you consciously and purposely define the attitude of your mind with which you go to sleep, you unconsciously go to sleep in a composite attitude of mind made up of all feelings and reactions of the day.  Every reaction makes a subconscious impression and unless counteracted by opposite and more dominant feeling is the cause of your future actions.  Ideas enveloped in feeling are created actions.  Use your divine right wisely. Through your ability to think and to feel you have dominion over all creation.

An Example of Vagueness

The Way We Think

The Way We Think

When we use specificity we evoke emotions.  An example of vagueness is, ‘I’m going to change my relationship.’  Questions to ask are ‘from what into what’ – What is your outcome?  Where are you going?  State outcome, higher vision for the relationship.  I happen to be in an amazing relationship.  When I go off track and I’m giving the 411 on someone – whatever the really limiting thought would be, I am so beautifully asked, ‘what is your higher choice for that person?’  Is that your highest thought, Gary?  What is your highest thought?  Would it be great to have a relationship like that – where you’re supporting each other and keeping the focus to do good with the energy of your mind.  Would that be a good thing?

Create my dreams.  Into what?  Define your outcome and visions with specifics.  Make more money.  Your subconscious mind says, ‘Too vague, too vague.’  So you get to get specific.  I’ve been mind mapping a certain amount for a year and a half now.  I’ve yet to reach it.  I’m moving closer to it than I was before.  Mind mapping actually comes from Tony Bezanne who wrote the book on mind mapping.  Bob Stevens who I learned mind mapping from would say that mind maps he did 30 years ago, he’s getting results from now.  Plant the seed.  Have no attachment to when it’s going to sprout.

Manifest my goals.  Define outcome by when and how.

Heal my relationship.  Into what?  Define outcome and vision for the relationship.

How many of you have a higher purpose for your relationships?  Great.  When you write out a higher reason why you’re together, it creates a reference point for you to be able to really link from.

Heal my past.  Into what?  State outcome.  By when.

Have the body I dream of.  What weight?  What size?  By when and how.

Our subconscious mind is programmed through our language, thought and emotion.  Repetition is the key to how our thoughts become manifest.  If we are habitually thinking and speaking in vague terms, deleting the specifics, we will habitually stay in process.  The reverse is true.  When we habitually focus on our outcomes with specificity we become masters of our destiny.

In the language of distortion we’ve reduced vagueness by omitting personal and specific information.  By using distortion we speak non-personally, unrealistically, to avoid feelings.  Emotions are the key ingredient to having our word manifest.  Remember, our subconscious mind takes our language literally.  Examples of distortion: everyone and no one – who specifically.  Does what you are saying include or exclude all people on the planet who ever lived throughout time?  Everything and nothing.  What specifically?  Does what you are saying include or exclude all things that ever existed physically and non-physically throughout time?  Always and never.  When specifically.  Does what you are saying include or exclude all time from the beginning of time into infinity.  Everywhere and nowhere.  Where specifically?  Does what you are saying something that remains a constant forever?  Absolutely and perfectly.  Stops the possibility of having more.  Our subconscious mind requires specifics to produce emotions.  Emotions are required to imprint the subconscious mind.  Specifics in language produce emotion.

Examples of vagueness – everyone really loves me.  The upgrade is on the following; they never did the best they could.  My mother, my father did the best they could.  I always feel this way in a relationship.  When I become intimate I feel vulnerable.  Everything is a mess.  My work station requires organization.  I can’t find a job anywhere.  I’ll continue to interview for my ideal career.

Now, imagine if you walked around saying in your mind, ‘I can’t find a job anywhere.’  What are you going to manifest?  Have you ever seen a person who has been rejected over and over again for jobs and they walk in with their shoulders slumped and their head down.  Some of you have your own business and you hire and you know.  When a person walks in you know when they are present.  I absolutely believe in you.  I continue to believe in you.  I swam perfectly.  I continue to improve my stroke.

Speaking with specifics produces emotions.  Language spoken with emotion imprints our subconscious mind so our spoken word has the power to manifest.  When we use excessive generalizations in our language we disconnect from the people, places and things in our lives.  Excessive use of generalizations is one of the primary ways we stay disconnected from our feelings.  In the context of relationships, which occupy a great deal of our everyday lives, we tend to generalize excessively.  When we reference our relationships through vague language, some of which are pronouns, we stay disconnected and numb.  Our subconscious mind requires emotions in order to manifest our outcomes.

Generalizations they and them – Who specifically?  He, Him and Her – who specifically.  It – what specifically.  The – what specifically and who specifically.  That and those – what specifically.

Examples of things through the language of generalization: They’ve always been like that.  In the past my mother and father have been abrupt.  It will get the results I desire.  My nutritional program will achieve the results I desire.  I have respect for them.  I have respect for my mother and my father.  Some day I will forgive him.  I forgive Jason.  I absolutely believe in you.  I continue to believe in you.  Some day I will really use it.  I am changing my language.

Language of negation.  Our subconscious mind takes our language literally and personally.  When we use a language of negation we are speaking to what is not rather than to what is.  I will explain.  Whenever you begin a sentence with, I’m not, or it’s not or a negation like that, there is a huge red flag moving into your story.  As soon as you begin to start speaking a negation you’re going into your story.  So use that as a red flag for yourself.  When I start speaking in negations I’m going to start talking about my story.  I’m going to take this god-given power of mine, which is my ability to create my reality as I think it, feel it and language it and I’m going to take this preciousness that I have and I’m going to speak about the story.  And then I’m going to make more up about the story. And I’m going to live more out of my story.  And you know what.  You’re going to get the evidence that your story is true.  And that’s what happens.  Over and over again.  Until we wake up to the very system that we’ve been using, that we’ve already mastered, you’ve already done it.  You’re doing it right now.  Everything I’m speaking about you already know.  The only difference is your mind has been focused on the story.  And your language, which represents your thinking, which is a symbol of your thinking, has languaged it and continues to language it as if the story were still true.

I was on the radio Wednesday morning on KFNB and got lots of phone calls to the office and this woman called.  She was very, very sick.  Bedridden with MS and in excruciating pain.  I called her and I said, ‘I notice you called the office and you were inquiring about tapes.’  I sent her out the Life Purpose tape and the Master Your Destiny as a gift so she could just listen to those.  Before we hung up she spent at least 20 minutes on her story, telling me why she could not get well because if she got well it means her husband would win because he walked out on her and they’re in this horrible divorce.  She said, ‘I don’t get enough to eat.’  I said, ‘Here’s the phone number for Meals for Wheels.  Here’s the phone number for Mama’s Kitchen.  They’ll provide free food if you’re bedridden.’  And she said, ‘Oh, I can’t do that.  Because if the lawyers find out, they’ll think that I’m more able and then I won’t get the settlement that I desire.’  I’m getting those tapes to her!  And my highest choice is that she really understands how she is keeping her disease in place by the secondary gain of it all.

Please join me tomorrow for a continuation of this.

This Life We are Leading

Life is a Journey

Life is a Journey

This life we are leading as our current identity is a spiritual journey in the greatest gift we could be given, the Human form.  The secret wisdom of this journey is incased within the window of the family systems we were born into.  We have each created a soul contract with our mothers and fathers to utilize this earthly relationship to deepen our own relationship with the divine.

Our family systems provide us with a laboratory of joy and pain that can be now used to awaken in us our deepest core wounds for their transformation.  Through this awakening we travel a path of finding the answers and creating the healing we require so that we can return ourselves back to love.

Our family dynamics was designed and created out of love no matter how our family systems manifested itself in this physical reality.

We are not the victims of this family dynamic.  We can rise above the ancestral dynamics and live life from the perspective of being the designer of own destiny.

The ancestral buck stops with each one of us.  We can learn to be co-creators of our reality and take a stand for creating balance with ourselves, our families and our communities.  We can rise above our ancestral influences and live life from the perspective of choice rather than a victim of a family or world based in chaos.

We can then pass this way of living on to our children and future generations creating a movement of personal accountability from the very young to the aged.

By healing the ancestral patterns we celebrate the perfection of the order of life.  We came through the perfect parents who co-created the perfect circumstances to wound us in the perfect way and create the dynamic tension that each of us would begin the quest towards self actualization and realization.

The divine order of our family dynamics allows our soul to mature and awakens us to the opportunity to evolve and celebrate.

Once we learn the tools from the science and technology of Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology to still the story of our past we awaken the inherent wisdom that is within each individual  and we can arise and mature.

The paton is within our hands, the technology is available, it is time to transform our ancestrial patterns and awaken to the individual we came here to be:

Accountable, empowered, contributive, loving and compassionate to all living things.
