Through the last fifty years of leadership study, leadership scholars have modeled the most effective leadership strategies of the great leaders of our time, attempting to create a leadership strategy that can be utilized by all.

 

Although modeling others greatness can add to our knowledge, it is not us.  It is not our life experience, our hearts, and our spirits that can be remolded into another’s life lessons.  Can we learn information? Yes.  But if that is all we are bringing to the table of our teams and organizations then the people with whom we are choosing to have the greatest effect upon will sense the inauthentic foundation to our leadership abilities and we will exhibit an imitation of leadership rather than leadership qualities grounded in experience that people will desire to follow.

   

To distill the wisdom from our life experiences with humanity and heart is the true core quality of sustainable leadership.  Once you have master the ability to take your wisdoms and mold them into relationship strategies, communication and negotiation models with a deep desire to honor all, then you are beginning to birth forth and mature your authentic leader within.

 

There are three laws to awakening your Authentic Leader within.

Law #1 = Your relationship with yourself.

This law is essential to mastering the other two laws and is foundational to a balanced life between work, family and your life purpose.

Have you cleared the skeletons out of your closet? Have you transformed your limiting beliefs and fears from your past?  Are you more reactive than proactive? Are the filters that you perceive life through clear of the distortions of your past or are they so muddled with your past unresolved issues that much of what you experience internally is a repeating pattern of responses that do not reflect who you really are.

The first law is = Master your mental and emotional self and bring your word, thought and actions into alignment with your highest values so you live from congruence and consistency.

 

 

Law #2 = Your relationship with others.

This is were the rubber hits the road in all factors of leadership.  You must have masterful relationship skills, communication skills and conflict resolution skills.  If we do not have our internal emotional worlds matured, we can never become the leaders we are called upon to be, either in our families or organizations.

Have you mastered the models of effective communication?  How often do you insist upon an authentic conversation with those around you who are hiding their agendas?

Do you know what to do when people are creating their secret emotional contracts with you and holding and projecting their agendas on you without your knowledge?

How do now handle all the unspoken demands upon you? How do you now deal with the hallucinations of others that are placed on you daily because of your position, both in your organization and your families?

All leaders require the best tools to navigate their way through the landscape of relationships.  This is the #2 focus of all effective leaders.

Law #3 = Your relationship to the Sacred

Have you forgotten who you are and what brings peace to your heart?  This is the law of re-grounding yourself in the experience of what all your efforts are for anyway?

Who are you? What have you really come here to do?  What is your purpose and mission in life?

At the end of the day we all will face that point in time when we will stop and wonder did we really do what our souls came here to do or did we waste our life accumulating wealth and power but our hearts are filled with fear and there is a deep knowing somehow we missed the mark?

This is the law that is very personal to each person but it is to ground ourselves in our personal relationship to whatever we consider sacred for ourselves and develop a relationship of connecting to It, and being part of a larger purpose that is greater than our desires.   

 Integrating these laws into your everyday life is essential for effective living.  Every leader has abilities they have developed through the course of their life experience that has gotten them to where they are today.  These 3 Laws are the ways to take you to the next level of life balance and fulfillment.

This life we are leading as our current identity is a spiritual journey in the greatest gift we could be given, the Human form.  The secret wisdom of this journey is incased within the window of the family systems we were born into.  We have each created a soul contract with our mothers and fathers to utilize this earthly relationship to deepen our own relationship with the divine. 

 

 

 

 

 

Our family systems provide us with a laboratory of joy and pain that can be now used to awaken in us our deepest core wounds for their transformation.  Through this awakening we travel a path of finding the answers and creating the healing we require so that we can return ourselves back to love.

Our family dynamics was designed and created out of love no matter how our family systems manifested itself in this physical reality.

We are not the victims of this family dynamic.  We can rise above the ancestral dynamics and live life from the perspective of being the designer of own destiny.

 

The ancestral buck stops with each one of us.  We can learn to be co-creators of our reality and take a stand for creating balance with ourselves, our families and our communities.  We can rise above our ancestral influences and live life from the perspective of choice rather than a victim of a family or world based in chaos.

We can then pass this way of living on to our children and future generations creating a movement of personal accountability from the very young to the aged.

   

By healing the ancestral patterns we celebrate the perfection of the order of life.  We came through the perfect parents who co-created the perfect circumstances to wound us in the perfect way and create the dynamic tension that each of us would begin the quest towards self actualization and realization.

The divine order of our family dynamics allows our soul to mature and awakens us to the opportunity to evolve and celebrate.

  

 

Once we learn the tools from the science and technology of Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology to still the story of our past we awaken the inherent wisdom that is within each individual  and we can arise and mature.

The paton is within our hands, the technology is available, it is time to transform our ancestrial patterns and awaken to the individual we came here to be:

Are You Awake?

Are you awake to what is possible?

The world is calling out for humanity to awaken to the great gifts it has been given, to awaken to the knowledge of the divine order inherent in our family systems. If we would take the time to understand them, the triumphs and tragedies of our ancestors are incredibly revealing. They reveal our soul purpose and help us to know we are made in the image and likeness of the Divine. By nurturing, studying and recreating our internal circumstances-our inner emotional world-we can empower ourselves to positively and permanently impact what is happening around us.

 Let this be the moment in history that you decided to stand up and be the most beautiful human being possible.

• Let this be the moment in history that you let go of that which you were attached to.
• Let this be the moment in history that you halted your obsessions with the mundane and with the things you could not change.
• And finally, let this be the moment in history that you decided to STOP WASTING TIME.

 How can we ever attempt to understand and overcome the conflicts and wars that exist on this planet until we each become accountable for winning the mini wars that exist within our own minds? People that operate from a place of pain, suffering, lack or any other unresolved emotion will not perpetuate success. They cannot create a real, lasting shift in culture or the dynamic between themselves and others.

When we understand the river of time which we are traveling, we will know that all things change constantly, and change is the only consistency we have. It is not the events that occur in time within our lives that cause the pain. It is the meaning we have assigned to those events that creates our Heaven or our Hell. It is the focus of our minds that either releases us or imprisons us. Time is like a river, and events in our lives are like leaves passing by us in the current. Which leaves do we choose to pick up and examine? For how long to we hold each leaf in our grasp? And which ones do we choose to let quietly float by?

What if you spend your time obsessing on the story of how it has been, yet the way it has been contains the exact circumstances that created and evolved you? What if you spend your life blaming, regretting and condemning the people and the secret teachers who have arrived to show you the way? What if it all happened out of a loving intention to evolve your spiritual wisdom and maturity?

Be the Love you are. Remain in the new story of your outcome. Create different internal representations-different pictures, sounds, dialogs and feelings-by imagining vividly enough to where you feel them deeply. Recreate your past with the power to redefine what has occurred, and distill the wisdom from your experiences with a blessing upon your lips for the ancestral teachers you have had and the order and perfection that is moving us all back to a state of Oneness.

If we can begin to re-language and re-imagine our experiences, we will think and feel differently about our lives and the human condition in general. We will remain in a more optimal and consistent emotional state that allows us the freedom to open and direct our imagination and focused mind toward what we truly desire to create in our world. We can then become the men and women we have always known we could be. We can then master the art of living in this world of seeming victimization as people who expect and direct the quantum field of possibility into existence based upon our freedom to cease the endless story of what did and did not happen. We will be free to create our future with compassion and fulfill what our ancestors could not. We will live with a blessing on our lips for all who went before us in our ancient ancestral lineage.

While existing within the density of our bodies in a world full of fear, all our experiences can culminate in the awakening to our divine inheritance.
