Have you ever known really negative people before?

Language is Powerful

Have you ever known really negative people before, like really negative people?  You know that when they view something, they will filter it from a negative perspective no matter what it is.  Have you had that experience?  Or really, extremely, positive people?  No matter what the experience is, they will view it in a different way.

If I had someone run through the door, run around naked and out the door again, it would take them about a minute, you all would make up something a little different.  Some of you would think that was just disgusting.  Some of you would think that was great.  Some of you would think, wow, what a perk to the training.  No matter what you would think, you would be filtering it a little bit different based upon your beliefs.  Out of what you perceive in the world, out of your filters that you look from, that is what you will experience within yourself.  You will create either a heaven or a hell based upon the meaning you choose to ascribe to your outside world, and the meaning that you place to it will be the world that you experience.

We spend more and more and more of our time experiencing either the negative or the positive based upon what our beliefs are and how we’re filtering our world.

“The subconscious mind takes evening personally.”

If you’re listening to music — I love this because someone said this to me — “Oh, what a disservice the Rolling Stones did to our culture.”  And I said, “What do you mean?”  He goes, “Well, just think, they have like stadiums full of hundreds of thousands of people stomping their feet and singing in full-on emotion, “I Don’t Get No Satisfaction.”  And when you think about that, they’re like singing and singing and singing — just think about when you’re singing along with a song on the radio.  How many of you to do that?  You’re totally singing along — I love Toni Braxton, and when she’s singing one of those really heartthrob and tear-out-your-guts kind of love songs, and I went, “I’m thinking about all the times my heart has been broken.”  Do you guys do that?

Tell me someone else does that other than me.  So you’re accessing all these times and you’re singing the song, and before you know it, you feel a slight grade of depression come over you.  It’s like, “Oh, my God.”  Do you guys do that?

“Our subconscious takes everything literally”.

So what you’re singing, what you’re saying to yourself, what you’re listening to,

Your subconscious is being programmed as if you were saying it.  Be careful what you take in.  Be selective in what you take into yourself.  Think of the subconscious as a very small child like maybe two years old.  You’re choosing to be very selective in what that child is going to be exposed to.

In Hawaii they say that the subconscious is like a two-year-old child that is all powerful.  It will do exactly what you tell it to do, unlike most of your children — no.

It is power without direction, infinite power without direction.
