I sat quietly and brought myself into the present and realized that all the 'bad' dialogue actually wasn't true at all. Then I came and checked your blog (which I am very happy to see you blogging again) and came across your articles that were extremely relevant to the choice I had made in the last hour or so. So I just wanted to say thank you for the confirmation that I had handled my dialogue in a positive and proactive way.
